Customer service is beyond amazing . Loved the store manager Laura attitude!! The employees were all extremely nice and helpful . I was greated with love as soon as I walked through the door .. their attitudes do not match up with the reviews posted . This store is amazing!!! I love the team !!
Worst experience ever. I went for the first time to Pandora on Sunday December 17. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I was escorted to the counter by a very nice young man. As he started to help me, a young lady told him to help someone else, he in turn asked her if she was going to help me and with a very rude attitude, said no. I was left standing there with no help.....a total waist of my time. That was my first trip and definitely my last trip to Pandora.
Never go there they are so bad my daughter work there for 119 hr in dec 2016 never got paid she is still waiting for her pay after three month.no buddy is responsibel there owner is never there always in india.I got tired and finally call labor department today.

The service in store is very poor and workers are very mean especially of you return smthng. The manager said they do not except items back if they were purchased online. But Pandora's policy says that they have to except.
